14TH OCTOBER V2 UPDATE:
- Complete design overhaul
- Added In-App preset system - allowing you to see exactly what settings you used on each preset
- Added default values -tap a dial a few times to get back to them
- Added randomise toggles
- Named ticks - e.g to show reverb
- Amazing presets from Ivan Anderson's video (check out his band Cyberattack)
17th Oct Update:
- Fixes: Nothing major. I just added the right mode toggles for the presets I pre-loaded in.
- Addition: Added a version with 127 in-app presets and toggles. You'll probably want to use the picker control you get with an in-app purchase for this one.
Notes:
- Tempo toggle: When you move Sub div there's no way to jump back to tempo mode without going over to the pedal and hitting shift. Hopefully, Hologram Electronics will either add a toggle or lock the time dial to tempo mode in a future update. If you think this would be useful, drop them a note to let them know (also I'd love them to add a toggle to reset hidden settings and turn off recieve midi clock)
- Midi Channel: Set to Channel 1. You can change these by going into design mode. Then double tapping each tab and going to the controls pane. Repeat the process for each of the 8 tabs with controls on them.
- Install: After you download the layout, save it into the app so it's retained in the app.
- Tweaking the design: If you'd like to make your own midi layout or modify what I created, Scott UHL Music has a really great video on how to use the app.
- Hidden stuff in design mode: If you happen to open design mode you'll notice there's a lot of panels with controls that are hidden in play mode ( the yellow boxes). Don't delete them - they are super or sub controls, and necessary for mapping and functionality to work. Feel free to tweak other controls though - e.g if you want to change a colour/size, move them elsewhere or switch out a dial of a fader etc.
- More layouts: Here's my layout for the Chase Bliss Mood MKII
Saving in-app presets: Use the slider to pick the slot -> Hit Save -> Label your preset
Recalling in-app presets:
- Option 1: Use quick toggle buttons. Option 2: Use the slider to go to the preset slot. Then tap 'Recall'.
- If you want to label the toggles: 1) Go into 'Design Mode' 2) Tap the padlock to uncheck 'Others' (to allow changes) 3) Double tap the toggle to bring up a menu where you can title your preset button (if already unlocked you can skip the second action)
- IMPORTANT: If you are adding in-app presets, make sure you save your layout at the end of a session. This will write them to the layout file. Open the App Menu -> Tap Config -> Then tap Save Layout in the Actions Tab

If you enjoy using this layout I'd love to know in the comments or via Instagram.

If you spot anything that has not been mapped correctly, let me know and I'll do my best solve them.

Hologram Electronics Microcosm V2 - 127 Preset Edition - - Same as V2. But with 127 in-app presets & toggles (see screenshot). I use the in-app purchase picker control to pick presets slots here because it's not great to use with a knob or slider.
