I've been running my iPhone/iPad apps on M1 Apple Silicon MacBooks but noticed MDP2 is the only App missing. Any specific reason for this?

Don, if I could send you apps directly, we'd just bypass Apple and never look back.
It's the warning label. You should have it by the end of September.
I understand, thanks
The latest release should be available for Apple silicon. Let me know how it works out!
Thanks!
Dan
How can MDP be installed on M1 Mac? I created an ipa file, but can't get it to load.
Mac App Store (MAS): search on it. Then select "iPhone & iPad Apps"... we'll update the answer below with a screenshot.

Should be available as of 2.260 out now. Support is EXPERIMENTAL at this point.

Ain't pretty but it works.
Starting to show up now on Mac App Store now but not recognised in my list of "owned Apps" or Apps with an available update. Just wants me to buy it again?
Double check that you're using the same Apple ID on iOS and Mac. If not... send us an email to support and we can find a way through.
Yep, all devices are on the same Apple ID.
Send a screenshot of your system info from Apple about?
Should show the cloud icon for download next to it
I know that's what I was expecting but only gives the price and the option to buy. All the other apps I own have the cloud icon. What do you want to know specifically from my system info ? (can't post images in this comment field)
No idea. Mostly checking OS version and that is it an M1 chip ;)
MacBook Air (M1, 2020), I run other iOS apps on this machine so would be a very unique intel :) OS 11.0
Hmmmm... our single M1 test machine is also an Air of the same generation. Send us an email to support [at] mididesigner.com with a related subject so we can try to sort this out. Thx.
I had to select "Buy" but when I finally opened MDP on my M1 Mac Mini, it didn't charge me. I also wasn't charged when I accepted the plugin. Download and open, you won't be charged.
Attempt to Configure MDP Connection on M1 Mac Midi
See my Answer to "Attempt to Configure MDP Connection on M1 Mac Midi" for my solution.
thanks glad it's not unsolvable. We're going to do a patch release for zoom on M1 macs, but frankly the lack of a beta makes this challenging.
