Another way of selecting control to edit? - MIDI Designer Q&A

Yes please!! The scenario for me is not dissimilar:

When I'm making a layout, for example my Line6 PodXT, I have a button that selects a specific effect that will 'show' a panel containing its respective knobs. A different effect button will, of course, hide the other panels and how it's own panel and knobs.

Sometimes there are 16, 20, 30 stacks of panels and I discover I messed up and need to tweak a setting, range, or text on one. Currently, I have to move all the other panels out of the way to get to the one I need. The solution would be to go into Play mode, activate that particular panel, and then when I move into design mode, that panel would be on top and selectable. (Unless there is an easier way already)

+1. I clicked on this thread hoping for a solution. I love the hide/show panels trick, but going in to edit a pile of panels is a pain.
