are you not able to open layouts from Browse on your iPad?
We (me and some other people) have the same problem, MDP2 fails when importing files from other apps (web browser, ICloud, Dropbox...)
Only the iTunes file manager works, to install the files directly on the iPad and then load from MDP2.
Using iPad Air and the lastest IOS and MDP2 version.
Ed, hit me up directly via email and let’s work this out. Thanks!
Dan
I just did it, Dan, thanks!
Thanks for the screenshots Ed. I see the issue but I am unable to replicate locally. What browser are you using to see the files? I tried both chrome and Safari in both English and Spanish. Hmmmm....
I was using Firefox for IOS.

Firefox relies on "Files App" to manage the files.
"The Files app replaced the iCloud Drive app in iOS 11, and it appears on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 11 or later by default."

I have tried using safari and it does it well.

I think the diference could be that the "Files App" tries to copy in MDP2, while safari offers the "open with MDP2" option.
