Midi Designer over Bluetooth?

I've got Midi Designer working with NI Guitar Rig 3.  It's perfect because i can change presets and output volume from my IPOD Touch velcroed onto my guitar for live gigs.  But most clubs/gigs don't have wifi so i'm out of luck again.  MIDI Designer over bluetooth would open up the wireless control world and make this system usable anwhere.  Any chance?

Writing from phone so excuse the concision. 1. Don't use the club's wifi! Use an ad-hoc connection. Check out midiDR.com/connect. 2. Product called blue midi might work. Note device requirements! Thanks!

Bluemidi will only work on Mac computers and IOS 6.  My live rig is neither.
