To respond to the deleted thread: Sadly this QA site has gotten a bit worse on iOS, but works really nicely from Chrome or Safari, so “use a computer” is, ironically, the answer to any issues you’re having with this site. Glad you got it sorted.

Regarding the MIDI loop issue, yeah: keeping stuff organized and reorganizing is one of the realities of a good layout of any size. Glad you are able to work forward. Nice layout, big up!

Roland nibble math has been kicking my behind, but 1.03 with Rotary 1 and 2 editors should be up in 24 hours.

And it appears that the RD2000 can only reliably respond to eight queued Sysex messages in one blast, so have to recode to reliably read the ninth drawbar (1').

Completing the latest update, hard to believe this layout started in 2017.  I was agonizing between a Roland RD 2000 and one of the Hammond SK boards with their extra tones.  Went with the RD, but wanted to get more of the Hammond interface for the RD TW capability.  This layout had come a long way, but had also been ignored recently as I advanced MD work on the Jupiter X and TR 6S-8s.  Took about a month of part time work completely overhauling to incorporate the new capabilities, add more capability, but also make the interface simpler and cleaner.  With the new RD 2000 EX, this layout should remain relevant for a while.  By my count, there are about 58 pages of content in the 8 x 6 standard MD layout.
