How do I open a layout/page/presets from Mail or Dropbox?

I know that one easy way to back my layouts/pages/presets up is to mail them to myself using Config -> Actions -> Email Layout. How do I open the layout in MIDI Designer?

These slides are from Gmail on the iPhone

Tap (or long press) on the .mididesigner file

Select the "Share" icon on the bottom left

Select "Copy to MIDI Designer" to open the layout in MD

The instructions are very similar for Mail, Dropbox, or opening directly from the Web.
