Is there a way to lock the control positions in design mode?

Question

is there a way to lock the position of the controls when in design mode so you don't accidentally disturb their position if you going around tapping them to set their properties. I find this happens to me a lot. I'll accidentally move one slightly in the layout when all I wanted to do is edit the properties. It may do this already, if so I apologize for asking.

I'm doing it on an Ipad and it actually comes up with "subtypes for buttons" about a 1/2 page above. Now that I'm doing it again I'm realizing it's doing it correctly part of the time. I don't think this is your fault, it's something to do with the browser.

I withdraw #2 also, when you land on the correct spot and scroll down the explanation is at the bottom.
