Getting wi-fi disconnected often now - and reconnecting doesn't work - MIDI Designer Q&A

It's quite unlikely as that subsystem is entirely unchanged, and the Beta is unchanged compared to the Production version. You're connecting to a Mac or another iOS device? Anything changed on the Mac? On the local network? Can you reboot both devices in all cases? Thanks.
Thanks. I'll just keep a watch on it for a few days to see if I discover a pattern. I'm connecting to a Windows PC. It's been solid for years, but this past week or so it's been flakey. Nothing changed here that I'm aware of.
Interesting - I put a lot of attention on the connections during Pro X Next testing and updating the manual section, and it seemed pretty solid.  But that was in a exclusive Apple environment.
I'm prepared to believe it's something at my end, but I'm finding that I need to shut down and re-start MD if I get a disconnection. MD refuses to disable/re-enable the connection itself.

I'm connecting to RtpMIDI on a Win 11 PC.
I see MD Next has a wi-fi fix in it. Is it relevant to the problems I've been having?
This will only affect reconnection on app start so probably not relevant to the issue that you’re seeing. We’re completely unable to reproduce the issue you’re seeing by the way
Thanks. OK. But re-starting MD wasn't helping in the worst moments. Maybe now a re-start will help me. I'm still getting some odd connection issues, but I'm suspecting it has more to do with rtpMIDI than MD.
Unlikely to help. We literally just do what you can do tapping
