BUG: Cannot Review via "Review Now" Popup on macOS

Occasionally, when starting up MDP2 in macOS, a popup appears asking to rate MIDI Designer on the App Store. "Submit" is not operational. I would like to give it 5 stars, but have to settle for Not Now.

This issue existed since the beginning of MDP2 on macOS.
