MDP-Mac OS crashes when moving a page

MDP-Mac OS crashes when attempting to move a page between banks. A problem report is created. The workaround is to Save the layout and open it in an iPad (or iPhone). Then move the page(s) and save. Finally reopen the iPad layout in Mac OS.

Every exposed bank has to have at least one.  When the last page is moved from a bank, MDP2 should create a new blank page for that bank.  Looks like this is not happening on the Mac.  Workaround is to manually create the blank page before moving the last page from a bank.
