Re-Ordering Subcontrols Overwrites Preset Names

Not sure if this is a bug or if I've got something setup wrong!

I have a simple layout as pictured, and I've saved two presets into the preset picker.

If I then go into design mode, select the presets picker, relationships, subcontrols, edit - and re-order the two subcontrols, I get the message "Updated ticks for Presets for button subcontrols (2)"

When I go back and select the preset control the preset names have been overwritten with the button names. Is this right?

We updated some of the automatic tick housekeeping recently, but the preset names should not be over-written like this.
