Pedalboard supercontrols affect only current page's subcontrols

There are two toggle buttons for this, one for left pedalboard and one for right pedalboard.

Toggle Is On
When a supercontrol on a pedalboard changes value, it will only change values of subcontrols on the currently showing page above it.
 
Toggle is Off
When a supercontrol on a pedalboard changes value, it will change the values of all subcontrols of that supercontrol, regardless of whether their page (or even their bank) is showing.
