Upgrade option in MIDI Designer Lite?

I don't see an upgrade option in the MIDI Designer Lite app nor in the App Store. Where can I get this upgrade?

You only get the option to upgrade when you need it, which is when you add more than 5 controls on iPhone/iPod touch or 12 controls on iPad.

Note: You will never be charged twice for the same platform. Once you've bought for iPad or iPhone, the App Store will remember that purchase forever (for that platform). If you reinstall the app (for instance), or if you try to unlock on another iPhone or iPad from the same account, you will not be charged twice.
