what's a "reset" mean here? thanks.
It's a standard MD Subtype 'Reset to Defaults' button. When I say 'on  a reset' in my description above I mean pressing this button.
Okay but you have a workaround by just setting min and max differently, or no?
Yes. If I set the values to 0/9 the problem goes away. As I said, this isn't a huge problem, but it may help to track down other On/On bugs.
