Extra features pack?

Does your layout use the extra features pack?  If so, a user will only see design locked until they purchase the extra features.

Otherwise, there is no Permanent layout lock.

So if I buy the extra features pack, I will be able to send a layout unlocked to other users? Or do they need to buy it? How do I buy it for myself? I don't see any option to purchase except as another user trying to activate the design mode.

Thanks
No - comment was in the opposite sense.  The only way the file would be seen as locked by the user is if you had used some of the "extra features" in your layout.

I just downloaded your Friesach file, opened design mode, and you have used a picker, which is an "extra features" pack item.  So you have the pack, and anyone wanting to edit the layout will need it also.  If they don't have it, the have no option to open design mode.
