Combination group and global preset generates presets conflicts?

Hi all,

I created a supercontrol + 7 subcontrols with 8 presets, no store or recall buttons.

When saving the layout in a global preset I noticed preset 3 occurred in slot 2.

Didn’t see this happening when I did not use global presets.

I will re-create this ( get to the bottom) soon, has anybody experience with this?

A tiny test will help you get to the bottom of what's happening now. I should probably exclude presets-for-groups supercontrols from restoring in a Global Preset. At this point, however, I'm reluctant to change any odd behavior, because people have made entire layouts around tiny little exploits of small defects. You should check out the sequencer in Helfried's big DX layout for a strange example.
