Which midi control data is first and last send in sending a global preset?

Hi, Iā€™m using global presets since a few days instead of group presets and it seems like a better fit for the things I need in certain layouts.

Question; is it possible to predict or control which data is being send first/last? For example the top control on page 1 first?
