I wouldn't worry about the beautiful part. I would worry about controlling ONE parameter and building something useful for you. While a lot of what's shared here are what I'd call "complete editors," most MIDI Designer users are using what I call "custom UIs" for devices... in concrete terms, get one parameter spinning to test, and then get a few things under control that would be useful to you. Then go from there. Once you build anything that's useful please share it!
