Is it possible to launch and stop individual clips in Ableton Live?

MIDI Target Manufacturer(s): Ableton
Using buttons and cc numbers or notes, can’t get to work. Perhaps it isn’t possible.

Try to do it with two buttons first. Then the question is how to get a toggle to send one button when ON, another when OFF
