how do I open a preset I saved in dropbox with another Ipad?

I've saved in dropbox a preset I've created with Ipad "A", how do I open it ( or load it, if that makes sense) with Ipad "B"?

Short answer: from your Dropbox app on the other iPad, try to download the file and find Open In... it will appear at some point. From there you can open in MIDI Designer. So it's the same as mailing, essentially, just that you don't need to do to the mailing.
