Multi Stepper Via Buttons - No Longer Work

Question

I wanted to create a stepper button to increment a control by 3, the procedure I followed was to create a Master (+3) button to control three (+1) buttons each of which was a Master (Stepper) to the control, each individual button will step the control as expected, however their Master (+3) button will only increment the control by 1, I then decided to download the example below, it would appear that it also will only increment by 1 (Instead of +20), is this by design (new) or a bug.
