When I switched to Midimux from Music IO it worked as it should. All the notes in Cubase are recorded correctly.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with my setup though.

Hopefully this can be helpful if someone else is experiencing the same thing, or if the developers want to look into this in case there might be a bug.
Very odd that this would function well with Ableton and Logic but not with Cubase. It could have to do with the timestamps on the MIDI notes... that might be something to look at with Snoize MIDI monitor if you have time and interest... however, MIDI is typically processed as it comes in, NOT when it is stamped.

Anyway, glad you're up and running on this problem.

It's like an auto quantize.
