When configuring Channel and CC number, Channel 1 only allows up to CC 55. All other channels allow up to 127.

there's a third button at the bottom there which is unique only... basically you're not seeing the other CCs because other controls on your layout are using them. That's a toggle, so you can shut it off. 

But don't do that. You need to delete those other controls first.
