Can multiple buttons toggle each other on and off?

Love this program- thanks!

Trying to think of a way to have a row of buttons that control patch changes on my synth where the last one selected would stay illuminated (toggled on) and toggle off when another button is selected, (so I could visually see which was the last patch selected while playing live shows)
