Will MIDI Designer Community Layouts Remain Free?

A user asked today via Facebook:

 ...wanted to ask about the new app "MD77" <> well, more new to me I guess as I only saw it in a group I belong to for these synths...

So, I was there telling them that they need to get your MIDI Designer and take a look at all the editors that people have shared.  I guess I wanted to just ask you if those Editors will remain as "Shared" or will people like myself that have MIDI Designer Pro be paying a fee. And of course the one question (just so I don't pass on bad information) is the MD77 only available for a fee or is it "shared" in the Community for people that already own the "Midi Designer Pro" App?
