Hey there, it's quite odd that you cannot backup your layouts. But anyway, from a computer you can access all the layouts through iTunes file sharing. That way you can definitely access. Please note that we are away (vacation) until the 26th of August with spotty WiFi so we might not be able to respond for a day or two. Sorry to hear about the issues and looking forward to getting you sorted. Thanks
Also curious which iOS version we are using and also if the device is jail broken and how much memory is left on the device. Thanks
I loaded MIdiDesigner onto my wifes ipad which is an Ipad3 and it seemed to connect fine. I have an Ipad 2. I am using an Windows PC. I just updated my IPAD to the latest version and updated all my apps including MIdiDesigner. I will try to get my files off using Itunes file sharing. Thanks for responding.
Regarding the connections issue, please try to connect from one iPad to the other. Have to be in same WiFi network
