This is not currently possible as stated. You could kludge something together a momentary button that steps a knob which in turn is a super of the knob in question. The knob-in-the-middle would have a lower number of ticks than your final knob, so you could force your final knob to jump up to the next tick... e.g., interstitial knob hits 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 127... so the bottom knob could be made to jump to the next big tick. Does that help at all?

Thanks!
