Most critically, the question is, "how would I know how to rename a page?" The answer is to Google "rename page MIDI Designer" which will bring  you straight to https://mididesigner.com/wiki/doku.php/manual:chapter-working-with-layouts-banks-and-pages#working_with_pages_in_design_mode ... The manual is beginning to get noticed by Google, which is a good thing. Thanks for your question and for using MD!
