'Password protected' Computer-to-computer (ad hoc) network on Yosemite? (For Midi over Wi-Fi)

Question

On Mac OSX Yosemite, when I click on Wi-Fi icon on the menu bar and then on Create Network, I can enter only Network Name and Channel, but there's no option to set a password for this connection. Previously on Mountain Lion there was this option but it has disappeared in Yosemite. So there's no way to prevent unknown connections to my computer.

I need this for controlling some Ableton controls from Midi Designer. I hope someone could help. Besides that any help regarding this or any other way for midi connection between iPad and Mac over a secured Wi-Fi connection in Yosemite is highly appreciated!
