Best answer
  1. Create a slider
  2. Change MIDI Message Type to Sysex
  3. Tap into Sysex Bytes in Hex
  4. Put in `7F 7F 4 1 V` in that field
  5. Bytes in Value will naturally be 1
  6. Exit design mode and try it out

This is great and actually I can use the L for an arbitrary Channel with a super control "channel changer" and sysex. However I would need TWO Ls or TWO Vs. I have 3 oscillators/partial and two channels/tracks. so L1 would be used to select a channel (track) and L2 would be used for OSC partial 1 trough partial 3.  I’m talking about the roland JD-Xi that has TWO digital tracks and each track has 3 partials (6 LFOs! really). So if I have 60-80 sliders/knobs per partial I still have to get 60-80 controls x 2 = 120-160 or 60-80 x 3= 180-240 arggh ...and still have the drum track with 26 oscillators OMG. I watched all your videos and couldn’t find some slick solution to this 500+ control template.
