Use Midi designer as multiple Sinus tone frequency changer

Hello everybody,

I would like to build a multi tone (chord) tuner? That means I would like to play several Sinus tones simultaniously and I want to be able to change the frequency of the pitches individually. Best would be I could change every pitch from a keyboard chromatic scale 49cent up or down. But it would also possible to just set the frequencies from the Hertz value.

Sound's not that complicated,but I'm a bit stuck because I even can not find a free or inexpensice synth app that I could use to generate just a sinus pitch.

 

Do you have any idea?
