hey there thanks for your question. See if you can find a MIDI monitor or a way to figure out if MIDI is coming in outside of FL Studio.

We've also had problems before with rtpMIDI and permissions as you install it. Did you happen to say "no" to any prompts during the install?

ok so i figured it out , and now it is working fully .

when you download rtpMIDI there is no option to install as administrator . so , once you install it you must right click on rptmidi desktop icon select file location , then right click each rtpmidi.exe files and in propeties check the box > RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. Then restart computer and all is great .
