How do I create a nudge control for Virtual DJ

Question

I am looking for a way to control Virtual DJ from Midi Designer.  While Virtual DJ offers beat matching, I find it's really inaccurate and in order to beatmatch I need a way to nudge a track.  I was thinking of using a slider where it nudged -1ms as I slide left and nudge +1ms as I slide right.  Problem is, I'm not sure how to configure midi designer to send different CC messages based on a increasing or decreasing slider amount.

Without nudging, in some form I cannot see midi designer working because beatmatching is an integral part of my DJing.  Is that possible, or is there a better way to do this?

This is what the Relative control type does in MIDI Designer (applicable to a knob, slider, etc.):

If you find that this doesn't do what you need, please get in touch via More -> Config -> Actions -> Email Us so we can figure out how to get the job done (either with MD as is or with changes in MD).
