Hi and thanks for your question. Please get in touch via More -> Config -> Email us so I can answer you faster.

In the first email describe the connections that you need to have, because it's not clear what connects to what, etc. Then we can figure out where the point of failure is. Thanks.

Best!
Dan
Thanks for the quick response.  Sorry but it appears to be a bit of a false alarm.  I moved the rig to a different location and everything connected up fine.  I suspect some sort of WiFi gremlin.  I will track it and follow up if the issue recurs and will include more detail as you mentioned.
Having said that I would like to add big cheers for a really useful and fun app.  This is a huge gateway to connections that up till now have been difficult.  Best of luck.

Thank you, means a lot! Make sure to review the App in the App Store if that's your thing, or show it off (vids, pics etc.) and let us know... if you want.

Wi-Fi issues do come up, but when that happens, do NOT restart MIDI Designer. See if you can resolve the problem without doing that, because in our experience... it's always some other part of the chain that is causing issues (with connectivity). But we need to know more, hence the request.

Anyway, good luck and thanks for using MD!
