Send a MIDI note to Reason, specific instrument

Question

Really sorry for the very dummy query, I've already made a lot of fine things with MD, but still unable to create a button (piano key?) sending a note (say: C3) to a soft synth (say: Reason's Thor).

Or: how to create a small functionning keyboard?

Unable to find a tip here in the tutorials.. (except a tip for designing a keyboard, but not how to make it send notes)

(I guess my problem may be to not yet have understood how to make the softsynth receive notes through MD)

Have you tried using MIDI message type Note-On/Note-Off in MIDI Designer? We're going to need to go a few rounds to figure out where you're stuck. Thanks!

I made it working when freezing the Reason's sequencer to the instrument's track I want MD to play. Is this the way? Could not I choose, inside MD, what synt or track I' d like to play? ( through a kind of " learning", say)
