Hi, writing from NAMM so I'll be brief (and perhaps wrong): check out Presets for Control Groups in MIDI Designer 1.6 (there's a blog article and vid, let me know if you cannot find it). It should kind of/sort of do what you want. popup noticed this with channel changers, and presets are basically channel changers without the channel changing.
Wow. Thanks for the quick response.  Now, however, I am thoroughly confused.  I found the video, but I'm not sure how I would use it to make an arpeggiator.  Enjoy NAMM!
Arps are not possible with Midi Designer, Arps fall into the syncing category for midi.
If your device did all the syncing and you only needed to control switch or sliders or even multiple switches and sliders then it's a matter of mapping Midi Designer to those controls.
For example powering up the arp, setting modes etc..
