first guess: try setting supercontrols send own values to on in config. Config -> Options. Please let me know if that solves it. Thanks!
I tried it....doens't seem to make any difference.
Okay, thanks, I've let Rainer know about this question. Hopefully he can shed some light. I hope so!

Thank you,
Dan
I'm using a alesis io dock...with a midicable to the juno.
Okay thank you!, hope that I can use this great app with my juno soon :)
Whoah, sorry I missed that. The Alesis I/O does NOT transmit sysex! http://community.alesis.com/alesis/topics/io_dock_doesnt_send_sysex_messages_is_there_a_fix
Okay.....well luckily...ive got another midi device for the ipad...with the camera kit. Thanx!.......
Excellent. Please ping back with how it went. Also, if you haven't left a review for MIDI Designer Lite/Pro/12 (or all three!) in the App Store and feel so inclined, please do.

Thank you!

Isn't there a setting on the synth, where you can set that it is allowed to receive MIDI sysex? At least on all the other Roland synths there is something like that. I don't have an Alpha Juno myself, so I could only check the manual :-)

Cheers,

Rainer
