Cant send sysex messages to alpha juno 2

Question

Hello there,

 

i'm trying to control my alpha juno 2 with the layout from rainer, midi seems to work...portamento, notes..etc, but the synth controlls...such as filter cutoff etc, dont work.

The juno works fine with ezalpha...so, what am i doing wrong?

first guess: try setting supercontrols send own values to on in config. Config -> Options. Please let me know if that solves it. Thanks!

Isn't there a setting on the synth, where you can set that it is allowed to receive MIDI sysex? At least on all the other Roland synths there is something like that. I don't have an Alpha Juno myself, so I could only check the manual :-)

It was the io dock that doesnt send sysex....my um1 from roland however....works like a charm! So now I don'thave to buy an expensive pg-300. Thanx!
