What MIDI interface would you recomend (for Antares AutoTune forguitar)? What interface are you using in your Youtube video from NAMM2013?

From the video we shot at NAMM 2013, it seems like the most direct way is the iPad Camera Connection Kit. Anything else would require routing through a computer to achieve the exact same effect.
