More than 1 line of text in a label? - MIDI Designer Q&A

At present, the only way to have more than 1 line is to add another label and line it up with the other.  Hope this helps.
Hi and thanks for your question. Popup makes extensive use of the multiple-labels technique, but it's definitely not ideal. Multi-line labels will be coming to a future version of MIDI Designer. It's a bit complex because of the way that sizes line up in MD, but something can be done.

Thanks!
Dan

Now Since 1.6.2 (July 2014)
This is possible for buttons, knobs and all other types of controls, too. See the manual entry here.

This has been implemented for labels but not for buttons. It's a separate control type, so you have to add your label that way.

Though it's tedious, you can put these on top of your buttons. All layering of controls in a layout persists over time. Remember, there's a "send to back" button in "actions."
