We don't do decimals, but you've got a lot of flexibility on the numbers that your controls display.

Also: you CAN change a slider to a knob. Actions->Change Type.

Thanks for the tip about the "change type".
I mean scale bars around the knob, as small dashes. I do not know exactly how it's called in English. Their location is fixed and does not depend on the value of ticks. Knobs pointer does not match the scale of the rotation. This fact does not scale functional.
I don't know in English either ;), but yes, I agree, these are mostly decorative right now.
It is often necessary to make several positions switch (3 - 10). Knob is very well suited for this, but need to accurately display the position of the handle opposite the names of each switch position. Need is the name of the position, as a simple number is not nothing said.
I am only dreaming;) clear that this is not a priority.
