I have connected via irig to my at200 but Antares template is not
showing up in menu. I understand it is included. Please help

This is now fixed as of 1.5 (March 2013): use Config -> Actions -> Load Layout

It's not included in MIDI Designer yet. It will be in 1.5, which is about 2 weeks away (2013-02-26). In the meantime, you can get the Antares template from the Antares site here. Tap and hold on the link that says "free control layout" and open it in MIDI Designer.
