This layout controls Moog
Summary: A spacious iPad companion for Moog’s compact bass synth. Keep performance controls close while pairing oscillator, envelope and modulation pages to suit the way you build a sound.
Small box. Serious low end.
Minitaur packs Moog’s Taurus bass lineage into a compact steel box: two saw and square oscillators, a classic ladder filter, and deeper settings tucked behind MIDI.
Bass Desk gives that tight panel room to breathe. Keep the big cutoff control under your fingers while shaping envelopes, tuning oscillators, or dialing in modulation.
Five independent half-pages, including Session, let you mix and match the controls you want side by side.
Best on iPad or Mac; also perfectly usable on iPhone. Connect on MIDI channel 1, turn the MIDI CC filter off, and select envelope Mode 1. Play from your keyboard or sequencer.
Built from Moog’s MIDI documentation, without hardware testing. This layout does not fetch patches or synchronize presets; browse and save with Minitaur or its Editor. Own one? Try it and tell us how it plays.
