Onscreen keypad to select exact control value
 - Additional precision for large range controls

NO StreamByter coding required - just configure two additional controls
- action button - sends the entered numbers to StreamByter module
  - unique ID
  - min, & max values
- SreamByter calculates the scaled MIDI value
- receive control - receives the scaled value
  - match action unique ID
  - supercontrol of layout object control

Custom keyboard actions can be defined
- e.g., split single input to Bank MSB and Program Change (included)
- custom actions do require SB coding

This version replaces the beta version previously shared.  Compared to beta, 
- uses standard MD supercontrols - (make similar, update MIDI values, select desired subcontrols)
- can configure controls on the fly
- no SB knowledge required other than pasting the provided code into the SB output rules field (if needed)
- matters only behind the scene, but greatly simplifies the SB code - all the special cases collapse into a general case.
