How or where can I configure the connection THRU Mac (source) -> Mac (destination)?

Midi designer Pro X 10.7.1 on IPHONE ios 26,  to MacOS 26 (Reason e.o.). 

I am unable to retrieve (repeat) the connection

THRU Mac (source) -> Mac (destination)

which appeared below the Bluetooth LE menu in the Config-connections page. 

And also unable to find the menu "MORE" where the User's manual says  i could fix this.
