Send two CCs with one button - how?

Question

I cannot figure out how to *simply create a button that sends its own MIDI CC plus a second MIDI CC. Nothing I try with super- or subcontrols works or makes any sense to me. Assistance appreciated.

Specifically, I want to send PC 0 on channel 2, and CC 1 value 2 on channel 1.

I could probably do this with StreamBbyter, but surely there must be a way to do this simply with controls inside MDP?

Build and test the two individual buttons.

When they both work, now build one button, make supercontrol, assign the two buttons above as subcontrols.
