Summary: Sequential Fourm is a compact four-voice analog synthesizer with polyphonic aftertouch and Prophet-5-inspired character. This MIDI Designer layout puts oscillators, envelopes and modulation buses within reach through independent pages, with two XY pads for filter sweeps and oscillator balance.
Introduced in September 2025, Fourm brings Prophet-5-inspired analog voices into a compact instrument with polyphonic aftertouch. It pairs Sequential’s classic oscillator and filter character with an especially expressive keyboard.
Shape sources and contours, steer two modulation buses, and sweep filter or oscillator balance with two XY pads. Mix and match independent pages to keep the controls you need side by side. Best on iPad or Mac; also perfectly usable on iPhone.

Notes
Set MIDI Channel to 1, MIDI Param In to NRPN and MIDI Control to On. Play notes and aftertouch from the Fourm keys or a MIDI keyboard.
Opening the layout does not read the current patch. Record sequences on the Fourm. Built from the manufacturer’s MIDI documentation; owners are invited to test and share feedback.
