I got hold of a Moog Slim phatty a while back and was suprised by how much control was "hidden" in the menu system. Moog dont use much Sys Exclusive and instead map all of their control to standard Midi Controller numbers (why most manufacturers don't do this is beyond me, midi sysex is powerful, but lets be honest...it sux to code up, and the learning curve is high, especially if you just wanna play the synth!)
Layout targets 3.2.1 Firmware.
I designed this pretty fast, and as I went to upload it, I was a little bummed out to see someone had already done a version of this a few years back. This made me feel a little stupid cause I forgot to even check ;) But luckily my work wasn't in vain, the older version on this site targets a lower version of Moog Firmware, below version 3. After v 3.0, Moog drastically changed the way the midi clock sync works on the LFO and Arpeggiator, and included many more options, these are included in this new updated version, so Im now glad I done it. This one has updated GUI and works from one page.
This layout uses all the Midi Control available, and you basically never have to delve into the menu system, unless you want to change a midi channel etc.
I won't bother with explanation, it's pretty straight forward and this seems to be pretty solid in use so it's a final version.
