Thanks, this is now a GOLD layout and should be directly available from the Browser in MIDI Designer!

also added two screenshots with some slight modifications. Note: If you press and hold on the bank indicators in design mode, you can choose the number of banks. If you choose 1 on left and 2 on right, they will disappear in Play Mode. Thanks!!!
