After the controls are created, there's no easy way to copy names from one to the other (except the built-in copy and paste for all iOS apps). However, if you create one control and use "Make Similar" (under actions) you'll automatically get the name increased by one, so "Clip Fire 1" gets copied to "Clip Fire 2." It might even be beneficial to delete the similar controls and redo them. They'll automatically get unique CCs, too.

 

 
This feature, and a lot of other Design Mode shortcuts/automation, is on the todo list for a future version.
